You will receive confirmation once your complaint has reached us. We will then look into the reason for your complaint and investigate. In case of unforseen delays in this process, you will receive notice accordingly.
Following the investigation you will receive a written response. We will endeavour to provide you with a comprehensible and satisfactory reply to the matter at hand. You will encur no costs in this complaint process.
Should you maintain your complaint despite an outcome that is unsatisfactory to you, you have the option to contact the out-of-court arbitration body at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. This body mediates disputes between customers and financial service providers. Alternatively, you may of course choose to enforce your rights through legal proceedings before ordinary courts.
